Diversity Works New Zealand is a national membership organisation, set up to help businesses develop and maximise the benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces. Originally the Equal Employment Opportunities Trust, the organisation has evolved to become an essential source of education and inspiration for companies to examine their employment practices across the breadth of diversity issues facing business today. These include wellbeing, flexibility, ageing, ethnicity, bias, gender, employment transition for young staff, bullying and harassment, disability, sexuality and religion.
