It appears that Hart Intercivic has admitted that the optical-scan tabulators certified by the state of Colorado and used in that state show a significant error rate when a ballot has stray marks. This was mentioned in an article in today's Denver Post. More >>

Pennsylvania has now decertified all Advanced Voting Solutions voting systems used by three counties. This action followed the EACs cancellation of testing of AVS software. One of the three counties has already announced that they plan on filing suit. More >>
