Felix continues to strengthen, now a Category Four Hurricane. Tropical Storm Watch in effect for Jamaica and Grand Cayman. Felix is moving WNW at 20 mph (32 km/hr). Max sustained winds have increased to near 140 mph.(220 km/hr) with higher gusts. More >>
